It honours all manufacturers' warranties, and can enhance these warranties to include emergency call-outs, immediate replacements and extended cover.

Experienced engineers can visit your premises to maintain your existing lighting, sound and audio visual equipment and provide problem-solving and upgrades as necessary. In many cases, faults and problems can be rectified on site, but in extreme cases Radar can service most types of audio visual and video equipments at its well-equipped centre in the East Midlands. If equipment does need to be taken off-site for repair, Radar can provide replacement equipment to ensure the best possible service.
